Once you sign up and provide login credentials, we’ll have your plan set up within 1-2 business days. Everything from speed improvements to security will be addressed by our team during on-boarding.

Websites with advanced functionality like this require our Silverback Care Plan or above. They take more resources for us to manage, test and keep running smoothly. We want to have you on the right plan so we are able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast, and open for business.

Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening. However in the event that your website has a major issue, we will be there by it’s side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf. We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

Email is our preferred form of communication and provides the quickest response. However, we know brainstorming and strategy works best on the phone or on a video call. These consulting calls are reserved for our Platinum care clients. These calls help websites achieve their goals and reach a broader audience. Many times clients use this time for online screen-share small updates or training.

We’ll work with anybody regardless of their hosting provider. We realise that every website has different needs and that clients have different budgets and hosting requirements. We do run our own super fast, super secure servers and would love to discuss migrating you over to us (included in all plans). However sometimes the path of least disruption is the best and we’re happy to manage your website where it’s currently hosted.

If you have an enhancement or task that requires significant work such as redesigns, page builds, and changing website functionality, we have supplemental development support blocks that you can purchase. Ask us for details.

Absolutely. We are laser focused on you and your website, so we would be sad to see you go but we know that financial needs weight on many decisions and don’t want lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via email and we will let you know what licenses you will need to purchase and will immediately stop the next payment.

Although these plans are designed for sites that were built by us, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term partner with a professional and dedicated agency. We first like to do a Website Evaluation & Tune-up to become familiar with the website, how it was built and to fix issues that we find. With the evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly care plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.

If you have more than one website and you are on the Kong Care Plan or higher, you can add an additional website to your Website Care Plan for £75/month and share that plan’s benefits between your sites. This option is not available on Chimp, Silver or legacy care plans.

Our Kong plan features unlimited done-for-you website tasks.  A 'website task' is anything that takes us around 30 minutes or less to complete. If a task request will take longer than 30 minutes to complete, we will let you know in advance.

We trust our clients to be reasonable with their requests. If the volume of requests is starting to stretch our friendship, we will let you know.
